Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery and collection options to suit your needs. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Delivery
Our delivery team and trusted contractors can deliver your goods to your home.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on location and include the vehicle, driver and assistant’s time for up to 15 minutes on site
• Additional charges may apply if delays occur beyond this time
• We schedule multiple deliveries each day and can provide an estimated delivery window (typically within a 4-hour timeframe)
Before your delivery
To ensure everything runs smoothly:
• All goods must be paid in full with cleared funds prior to delivery
• Please ensure the delivery area is clear and ready for your new furniture
• You or a nominated person must be present to receive the goods
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a second delivery fee may apply
Assembly
Our team can assemble your furniture if this is arranged prior to delivery.
• Assembly must be booked in advance
• Assembly fees apply and vary depending on the product
• Due to scheduling, we are unable to add assembly on the day of delivery
Access & Delivery Conditions
Please advise us in advance of any access issues, such as:
• Narrow or steep driveways
• Limited access points
• Stairs or tight hallways
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture will fit through doorways, hallways and into the intended space.
While our delivery team takes great care, we are not responsible for any damage to property (such as walls, doorways or flooring) during difficult access deliveries.
For safety reasons, our delivery team cannot remove protective equipment such as footwear.
Collection (Pick Up)
If you choose to collect your goods:
• Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable day and time
• Our stock is stored across multiple locations, notice helps avoid delays
When collecting:
• Bring a suitable vehicle, along with blankets and restraints
• Some items may not be boxed or fully protected
• Please consider the size and weight of your items
• Assistance will be required to load and unload your goods
Once goods are collected, they are your responsibility
Couriers
You may choose to organise your own courier or transport.
• Goods become your responsibility once they leave our warehouse
• This includes items left outside your premises at your request
Storage & Timing
We operate with limited storage capacity.
• Once goods arrive, we ask that they are collected or delivered within a reasonable timeframe
• We are not a long-term storage facility
If you are unable to receive your goods:
• Please speak with us
• We may be able to assist with short-term storage solutions (fees may apply)
