What to expect
Once you’ve selected your furniture and placed your order, we’ll confirm everything with you and keep you updated along the way. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our suppliers and can vary, but we’ll always keep you informed as your order progresses.
When your goods arrive, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
Working together
To help us keep things running smoothly (and keep prices as low as possible), we do ask that customers are ready to take delivery or collection within a reasonable timeframe once goods arrive.
If something doesn’t quite line up, please speak with us, we’re always happy to help find a solution.
Before delivery
All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection. This ensures everything runs efficiently and allows our delivery team to stay on schedule.
