How Delivery Works

Delivery fee and area

We charge one flat $49 delivery fee per order, not per item, for addresses within about 200km of our Griffith showroom. That takes in towns like Leeton, Narrandera, Wagga Wagga, Temora, Hay, Hillston, Deniliquin, Finley and Condobolin. Use the postcode checker below to confirm your address in seconds.

Outside the zone

If your postcode is outside the delivery zone, you can still collect your order from our Griffith showroom. Please call us on (02) 6964 1009 or email orders@caesars.net.au before you order and the team will set it up with you.

Free showroom pickup

You can collect your order from our Griffith showroom at 46 Altin Street at no charge. Call ahead so the team can have everything ready when you arrive.

Arranging your delivery day

Most pieces are ordered in from Ashley once you place your order, so our team will be in touch with an estimate of when your furniture will arrive, then lock in a delivery day that suits you. If the first date offered does not work, just say so and we will find one that does.

Changes and questions

If anything changes on your end, or you simply want an update on where your order is at, call the showroom on (02) 6964 1009 and a real person from the Griffith store will sort it out with you.

    Our Griffith team calls you with an estimate, then we deliver within about 200km for a flat $49, or you collect from our Griffith store.

Special orders are placed with the supplier once your payment is confirmed, so please choose carefully. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Read the terms and conditions.
