Change of Mind

Please choose carefully when making your selection.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
  • This includes incorrect selection, colour choice or items that do not suit your space

Our team is always happy to assist you in making the right choice prior to purchase.

Product Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Items will fit into the intended space
  • There is sufficient access through doorways, hallways and entry points

We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered or installed due to access restrictions or
sizing issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it may not always be possible to make changes or cancel.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production or ordering has commenced

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

If There Is an Issue

All goods are checked prior to delivery. If something isn’t right:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible
  • If the issue is identified at delivery, please advise the delivery team

Alternatively, contact us with:

  • description of the issue
  • photos where possible
  • a copy of your proof of purchase

We will work with you to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible.

Repairs & Replacements

Where a product is found to be faulty, we will:

  • Arrange repair, replacement or remedy in line with supplier guidelines and Australian Consumer Law

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
